DERA MURAD JAMALI: The chairman of the Council of Islamic Ideology and a leader of Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl, Maulana Muhammad Khan Sherani, has said that the present government of Balochistan was formed in Lahore and the JUI-F will not join any set-up in the province that works under the influence of Islamabad or Punjab.

Speaking to reporters in Dera Murad Jamali after visiting Goth Muhammad Rahim Mengal, he said: “The present provincial government was formed in Lahore and is running under directives of Punjab’s rulers.”

Maulana Sherani claimed that the government of nationalist parties had failed to solve people’s problems and had instead disappointed them during the past two years.

He said the situation in south Yemen was worsening and the Zionist lobby was hatching a conspiracy to pit Muslims against each other.

He said the matter should be debated in parliament before taking a decision re-garding sending troops to Saudi Arabia.
