New stadium to host matches

ABBOTTABAD, Sept 24: Inter-district Senior cricket tournament Peshawar Region matches will be played at newly-constructed Abbottabad Cricket Stadium from Sept 29 according to the schedule announced by the Pakistan Cricket Board.

Five matches of Pool “ C” of Peshawar region will be played at Abbottabad for which organizaing committee under the chairmanship of Shoukat Gul Khan Jadoon has been formed by the PCB to conduct the event successfully.

According to draws, first match will be played between Abbott bad and Haripur on Sept 29. Abbottabad will play its second match on Oct 2 against Northern Areas.

Match between Abbott bad and Mardan will be played on Oct 5 and Swat District will play on Oct 8. Last match at will be between Haripur and Mardan Districts on Oct 11.
