LAHORE: The PTI Punjab education wing decided to open a school in the slums for children of nomads to provide them free education.

In a meeting with PTI Punjab President Ejaz Chaudhry here on Sunday, the party’s provincial education wing president, Dr Atifuddin, and General Secretary Rukhsana Naveed presented the wing’s annual report.

Chaudhry said the school would be headed by Ayesha Iqbal and the children imparted education as well as training in protecting their health. He said the PTI’s education wing would also train teachers serving in different private schools.
