HYDERABAD: A man tortured his wife to death in their house during a quarrel over money and related issues on Sunday morning, officials at the Pinyari police station said.
They said Ms Shumaila, 24, was beaten to death by her husband, Mohammed Iqbal, in their house located in Paretabad.
Pinyari SHO Akbar Channa said Iqbal, a rickshaw driver by profession, was arrested.
The woman’s body was shifted to the Liaquat University Hospital for a post-mortem examination.
