KARACHI, Dec 22: Minister of State and Chairman Export Promotion Bureau (EPB), Tariq Ikram, is leading a 26-member trade delegation to China to participate in the conference on promotion of trade and investment between Pakistan and China being held in Guangzhou, on the occasion of the visit of the President of Pakistan to Peoples Republic of China.

The current visit of the President to China is first major visit of head of state of Pakistan after the accession of China to WTO on Dec 11, 2001. The visit provides an opportunity to Pakistan to improve bilateral trade with China which is currently in favour of China, says a press release.
