New Yorker Faryal Makhdoom has been in the news ever since she married boxer Amir Khan in 2012 and developed her own huge fan following. Fans had questions for the upcoming celebrity about everything: from her whirlwind romance with the Bolton-based athlete to how she puts on winged eyeliner so perfectly.

Now, the 23-year-old fashion icon has announced the launch of her YouTube channel, in which she promises to give viewers a glimpse into her newfound jet set life.

In the first video, we see Faryal doing her makeup and playfully scaring an unsuspecting Khan by jumping out from behind a wall.

"I'm so excited to be sharing this all with you so enjoy the roller coaster – from travelling with my world-famous husband to my every day make-up tutorials," gushed Makhdoom in the video.

The couple's first child, a daughter named Lamaisah, was born on 23 May, 2014.

Also speaking to Desi Beauty Blog, the new mother said: "I want people to get to know me and instead of judging me they can get to know me and how I am through videos."

Although not a professional make-up artist, Faryal has become a global icon for desi woman for her flawless make-up application. She recently also revealed plans to unveil a make-up and shoe line very soon.
