ISLAMABAD: The Foreign Office said on Tuesday its missions abroad would observe the three-day mourning announced by the government over the terrorist attack in Peshawar.

“The national flag at the (Pakistan) Embassies/High Commissions would be flown at half-mast and all scheduled festive events shall be cancelled.

“Condolence books would be opened for signatures during the period by Pakistan Missions all over the world,” the Foreign Office said.

A condolence book has also been placed in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, for resident diplomatic missions in Islamabad, according to the statement.
