These photos revisit the devastation in Banda Aceh, the coastal town hit hardest by the 2004 tsunami triggered by an earthquake

Indonesia will mark on December 26, 2014 the 10th year anniversary of the deadly tsunami which killed more than 170,000 people in Aceh, and tens of thousands of others in other countries around the Indian Ocean.

Salute Indonesians totally! In case of Pakistan, such pictures are usually in the opposite direction, more towards devastation and desolation. And yet Indonesia and Pakistan both ironically are Muslim giants.

There is vast difference between the photos before and after. There is difference in windows, domes, structures.
