Doing things on time

THIS is regarding the cover story “Doing things on time” by Maria Moten (YW, Oct 25, 2014). I would like to thank the writer for writing such a useful article! It wasn’t only interesting but taught me a great lesson that time is very precious and we shouldn’t waste even a single moment.

We should organise our day properly and maintain a balance in everything. We should set daily targets for completing day-to-day tasks and for that we need to master time management skills. In order to live a happy and successful life, realising the value of time is very important!

My dear school library

THIS is with reference to the article “My dear school library” by Syeda Armeen Nasim (YW, October 18, 2014). I appreciate the writer for sharing with us a beautiful piece of advice. School library is an important entity and the habit of studying in it helps us in the long run.

Be kind to animals

THROUGH this letter, I would like to draw the attention of those who are not kind towards animals and treat them badly. I request you all to be polite with animals. They too are living beings and need love and care. When we hurt animals, they too feel pain! We should make every effort not to harm them in any way.

Mailbox

MAILBOX section is a wonderful platform through which readers can not only give the editors the feedback about previously published articles but also suggest improvements in the magazine. This column can also be used to bring the attention of authorities towards the problems faced by our community. I appreciate the Young World team for including “Mailbox” every week.

I APPRECIATE the Young World team for accumulating in a single magazine various informative stuff such as interesting news and facts. I enjoy reading “The weekly weird” and request you to keep publishing it.

The weekly weird

THE addition of weird news section has increased my interest in the Young World magazine. I was always interested in reading the odd news and for that purpose I used to search through various websites. But now I don’t have to do that as I can read the latest weird news in my favourite magazine.
