Trade team to visit China

LAHORE, Sept 4: A delegation of 10-15 prominent industrialists from the engineering sector is expected to visit China by the end of this month to explore Chinese market with a view to have joint ventures, transfer of technology and other related businesses.

The delegation is being organized by the government in advance to President Gen Pervez Musharraf’s expected visit to China in the first week of November. The prior work done by the delegation would be realized on the government level during the presidential visit.

The delegation would be conducted by the Pakistani ambassador in Beijing.
