Filipino activists protest in Manila, Philippines at the Japanese embassy against the controversial six-month dolphin hunting as it kicks-off in Japan on September 1. The dolphin hunting season began today in the town of Taiji. In the annual catch, people from the southwestern town corral hundreds of dolphins into a secluded bay and butcher them.
