Musharraf’s view

Published August 31, 2014

FOR the first time since his detention, former president Pervez Musharraf appeared on a TV channel for an hour-long interview on Aug 26.

Although he looked a bit tired, yet healthy and smart, the 75-year-old retired general answered confidently every issue related to our internal and external politics.

To get rid of the current chaotic conditions, he called for establishing a non-party neutral government that should establish all institutions on merit before the next general election. But he did not point out from where an angel would come to conduct free and fair election.
