COLOMBO, July 18: The monitors of the ceasefire agreement have accused the LTTE of not complying with terms of the agreement.

Hagrup Haukland, Deputy Head of the Sri Lanka Monitoring Mission in an interview said that, the LTTE has not released the sailor of the Sri Lankan Navy captured in May 2003.

The LTTE has also not dismantled the new camp set up by it in a key bridge in the Trincomalee district, an area under the control of the Sri Lankan government.
