KARACHI, July 13: In order to take prompt action on complaints regarding civic problems, an emergency centre has been set up in Saddar Town office.

According to a town official, the centre will attend the complaints regarding water supply, electricity, sewerage and other civic problems. The centre will work round the clock under the supervision of Town Municipal Officer Khalid Mehmood Sheikh.

The representatives of KESC, water and sanitation department, police, rangers will also be present in the centre to attend the public grievances.

The citizens can contact the centre on telephone Nos 9211429, 9211390, 9213097 and in case of any difficulty, they can also contact TMO on 0300-2318730.
