KARACHI, July 8: The National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) has established complaint management centres to help applicants, seeking information about the status of their computerized national identity cards.

These centres are providing all facilities to people via local phone call on universal access number (UAN) 111-786-100 (not 111-786-000, as erroneously published earlier) without any time constraints, officials in Nadra said.

They asked the applicants to call at 111-786-100 to know the status of their cards before coming to the Central Distribution Centre at Awami Markaz.

The Nadra officials said that the citizens could avoid inconvenience by getting confirmation about the availability of cards on telephone.

The complaint management centre would remain working for 24 hours.
