KARACHI: MQM MPAs slam Nazims

KARACHI, June 13: Farida Baluch and Tayyab Hussain Hashmi MPAs of Muttahida Qaumi Movement have criticized Nazims of towns and union councils for hindering the efforts aimed at improving water supply situation in many areas of the city.

In a joint statement, they maintained that the MQM legislators were striving hard to improve water supply in Lyari and Ranchor Line. However, some of the Nazims were politicizing the matter and hindering the development work initiated by MPAs.—PPI
