Mansoor bags crown

ISLAMABAD, June 10: Mansoor Zaman lived up to his top seed status by claiming the President PSF Squash Championship on Tuesday in Abbottabad with a 3-1 defeat of Shahid Zaman.

In a well-contested final, watched by the president PSF Air Chief Marshal Kaleem Saadat, Mansoor scored a 15-7, 15-10, 12-15, 15-9 victory over his opponent.

The title win was worth Rs 57,000 for Mansoor who also earned an additional Rs 300,000 as a reward from the PSF boss.

Results: Mansoor Zaman bt Shahid Zaman 15-7, 15-10, 12-15, 15-9.
