KARACHI, June 10: The MA (Previous and Final) annual examination-2002 for external candidates will commence on June 28 and 29 respectively at the University of Karachi.

Sources said that the examination department had finalized the schedule of exams and admit cards would soon be sent to the residential addresses of candidates from June 11 onwards.

As many as 9,500 candidates including 4,600 females have been registered in Arabic, Bengali, General History, English, Islamic History, Maths, Persian, Philosophy, Sindhi, Urdu, Islamic Studies, International Relations, Economics and Political Science.

For male candidates, centres will be set up at the departments of Zoology, Physics, Geology, Statistics, Maths, Chemistry and Microbiology, while females will take their exams at departments of Psychology, Mass Communication, Economics, Sociology, Geography, Quraan and Sunnah, and Islamic Learning.
