LAHORE, June 9: The condition of Malik Meraj Khalid continued to improve on Monday but he was still on a ventilator till the filing of this report.

Doctors said they would remove the oxygen cylinder on Tuesday and see his condition.

Family sources, however, said that Mr Malik had shown some signs of improvement but he was not out of danger yet. He was admitted to the hospital with chest congestion and high fever on Friday and had been kept in intensive care unit (ICU) since.
