BISE office ransacked

SARGODHA, May 30: Unidentified people ransacked the matriculation section of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education office on Thursday.

The board officials told police that the culprits broke through the windows to enter the computer room, damaged the equipment and sprinkled kerosene oil all over the place. They said that as the matriculation results were being tabulated, the culprits might have tried to steal the record or delay the results by damaging the computers. —Correspondent
