LAHORE, Sept 15: Scores of truckers hoisted black flags at their vehicles and buildings/offices of truck terminals in protest against Punjab and federal governments for raising weight duty, POL prices and imposing heavy fines on goods transporters.
The truckers, led by various goods transport associations/unions’ chairmen, gathered at Ravi Road and Sabzazar truck stands and chanted slogans against both governments, urging them to accept their demands.
