LAHORE, Sept 7: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Pervez Rasheed on Saturday said the targeted operation against criminals in Karachi would be successful as both the army and the elected government were on the same page.

“The PML-N government has brought a paralysed Pakistan back to vigour. It has started to apprehend the elements behind the law and order situation,” he said while talking to reporters.

In reply to a question about PTI chief Imran Khan’s participation in the APC, Mr Rashid said the conference was being held on the national agenda and any stubbornness on the part of any political leader would isolate him.—APP
