KARACHI: Arts Council gets fund

KARACHI, May 19: Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad on Monday handed over a check of Rs2.5 lac to the vice-president of Karachi Arts Council at the Governor’s House, for development of its open air theatre.

Chief of the UNICEF in Sindh, Zeba Bokhari, also called on the governor. She apprised him about the activities and programmes of the Fund in the province. The governor assured her of all possible cooperation.—PPI
