KARACHI: Chundrigar Road

KARACHI, May 19: Sindh governor Dr Ishratul Ibad has directed the officers concerned to improve the flow of traffic and repair the footpaths at the I. I. Chundrigar Road.

At a meeting, held on Monday at Governor’s House, he also directed for mending the hanging electric wires at the road. He stressed the need for getting cooperation of banks and other private and government institutions for beautification and upgrading of roads.

The meeting was attended by advisor to governor, Saeed Mazher, City Nazim, Naimatullah Khan, DCO, Mir Hussain Ali, the Karachi Building Control Authority Chief Brig (Retd) A S Nasir and others.—PPI
