Four die in road accident

MANSEHRA, May 12: Four people were killed and eight injured on Monday when a passenger wagon fell into a ravine near Sosal Gali.

The driver, Abdullah Jan, of the wagon (JDR-0035) negotiating a sharp turn near while Sosal Gali lost control of the vehicle, which fell into a deep ravine killing four people on the spot and injuring eight others.

Those who died in the accident have been identified as Omar Hanif, son of Mohammad Jan; Zarra, son of Reham Din; Mursalin, son of Seltay; and Badr-i-Alam Quraishi, son of Jamalullah Quraishi. The injured were Bakht Noor, Niazo, Abdul Haleem, Malang Khan, Haji Daleel, Swab Alam, Ramzan and the wagon driver, who were taken to Oghi civil hospital.
