HYDERABAD, May 5: The University of Sindh has announced the results of examinations of BCom-II.

Out of 1,117 candidates, 818 were declared successful and 144 candidates failed in some subjects. The results of 155 candidates were withheld for different reasons.

The controller also announced the results of B.Sc, part-I, examinations. Out of 1,996 candidates, 1,070 were declared successful while 812 candidates fail in some subjects.

The names of candidates who secured positions in BSc, Physics, (honours), semester examinations of 2000, were also announced.

Mazhar Ali, son of Mohammad Suleman, secured first position, Kamran, son of Mohammad Ilyas Shaikh, secured second and Mohammad Akhtar, son of Mohammad Azim, secured third position.—Bureau
