Police say suspects were Afghans and had been arrested in connection with an incident in which a woman was injured while resisting a gang rape attempt.
Police say a brother and cousins of the accused were already in jail, while cases of Rs8.5 million fraud were registered against them with the City Police Station, Mansehra.
Of the total 132 sexual assault cases, 40 were reported in the Soan Zone, followed by 32 in Saddar Zone, 25 in Rural Zone, 20 in Industrial Area and 15 in City Zone.
