Outlaws arrested

ISLAMABAD, Jan 31: The capital police arrested outlaws carrying alcohol, drugs or weapons, a police spokesman told Dawn on Thursday.

In Jhangi Sayedan, ASP Saddar Circle Rana Tahir Rehman Khan and his team arrested two drug peddlers, both women, transporting nearly ten kg charas from their native Peshawar to Punjab.

Police in Shahzad Town also recovered 1.2 kilograms of charas from a peddler from Alipur.

Margalla Police arrested a bootlegger from G-8/1 and recovered fifty bottles of wine. In Loi Bhir, police arrested five alleged robbers. —Staff Reporter
