When all around is freedom,

There is no boredom, You are allowed to speak up, And are always bucked up!

Nobody can beat you, Nobody can ill-treat you, Nobody can oppress you.

You are allowed to acquire education Without any restriction!

You are allowed to play, You are allowed to study.

You are allowed to fully enjoy, And it’s all because of Quaid-e-Azam Who gave us relief, And provided us with peace.

It’s time for us to do something great, It’s time to have another independent state.

A state for Kashmiri Muslims, It’s time to wake up and speak.

Standing near the window at dawn,

Thinking how my land will change When it will have breezes from paradise.

When I see huge buildings Touching the clouds; I wish my country reaches the same heights!

When I see the poor in my country, I wish my homeland to prosper financially, Next morning when the sun will rise, It’s my aim now to work hard, And bring back my people’s smile!

With the name of Allah, I begin my prose,

This expresses how Pakistan established and rose, Always value this country, Oh readers!

Because it is the fruit of the hard work of our leaders!

Pakistan is now 65 years old, Still it is to the public as precious as gold, It protects us from foreign invasions, And lets us sleep without any tensions, For Muslims it was specially made, So that their hopes and aims would never fade!

To us our country is like a paradise, Where problems come and then eventually dies, For me, Pakistan is a democratic country, Where we can live totally freely, Truly, Pakistan is a land of beauty, With wonderful forests, mountains and valleys, So my friends keep Pakistan green as its flag, Not just simply by putting a tag, So here's wishing you a happy Independence Day, On 14th August, 2012, Tuesday!
