LAHORE, July 4: An addict allegedly killed his two nieces and injured another over a domestic row in Daroghawala on Wednesday.

Baghbanpura police said Waseem Ahmad, a tea vendor, had been living in the upper portion of a two-and-a-half marla house along with his wife Kausar and three daughters.

Kausar and her brother Nasir, who lived in the lower portion, jointly owned the house.

Ahmad and Kausar would often tell Nasir not to call his friends to home because of their bad habits. They had some quarrels over this issue and the last one took place on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, Ahmad was at his workplace and his wife was away for some work when Nasir entered the house and attacked his nieces Kanwal (4), Kiran (6) and Kainat (12) with a sharp-edged weapon.
