QUETTA: While expressing concerns over the law and order situation in Balochistan, a senate committee has suggested introduction of new laws to control the security agencies.

Senator Afrasiab Khattak, the chairman of the Senate's Standing Committee on Human Rights, told reporters after the meeting here on Wednesday that human right had been violated in the provinces at a large scale.

The Awami National Party's leader also said that violence in any form was not acceptable.

He showed his concerns over the migration of teachers, doctors and professionals of other departments from the province to other parts of the country and termed it damaging for the people.

Khattak also condemned incidents of target killing in Balochistan by separatist and urged the government to take immediate steps to restore peace in the province.
