WASHINGTON: Renowned Lollywood film actress and director Reema Khan married Dr Tariq Shahab in the United States, DawnNews reported.
The invitation cards had been circulated to selected invitees and celebrations had been taking place for the past few days.
Reportedly, Lollywood actress Meera also attended the wedding.
The barat was taken to a local hotel in the US state of Virginia.
According to sources, Reema and Dr Shahab met in the US some two years ago when she was there for a surgery. The other ceremonies will also take place in Washington.
Sources said she would stay in the US for two weeks after the marriage and then visit Pakistan.
