KPT, Police victorious as Baloch FC hold Wapda

KARACHI: Karachi Port Trust (KPT) beat Navy 2-1 and Police bagged a 1-0 victory against PMC Athletico while Habib Bank held Pakistan Army 1-1 as Wapda were also held by Baloch FC in a goalless draw in the Pakistan Premier Football League (PPFL).

Naveed Ahmed gave KPT the lead in the 58th minute. Navy’sMohammad Ahsan equalized in the last few minutes of the match and Zafar Majeed scored the winner in stoppage time.

Police’s lone goal was scored by Waseem Abbas in the 65th minute which gave the win over PMC Athletico. Habib Bank’s Mohammad Atif scored in the 31st minute but Amy equalized soon after through Mohammad Imran.

Wapda and Baloch FC played out a goalless draw at Sadiq Shaheed stadium in Quetta.
