MIRPURKHAS, Dec 29: A young man was injured when a poultry farm owner allegedly opened fire on him near Umm-e-Hani Town here on Wednesday. Abdul Rahim and his friend Ghulam Rasool were on his way when a dog of the poultry farm attempted to bite Abdul Rahim.

He exchanged hot words with the owner of poultry farm, Mohammad Yousuf who allegedly fired and injured him.

Abdul Rahim was taken to hospital.

Police lodged an attempted murder case under sections 324, 504 and 34 PPC against Mohammad Yousuf on the complaint of Abdul Hakeem, victim's father.

MISSING: A dispenser went missing on Wednesday from Old Mirpur.

Moti Ram Kolhi was going to his private clinic on his bike that was recovered from saline water drain within the jurisdiction of Dilbar Mahar police station.
