Animal fights

Published Dec 05, 2012 12:03am

THE people in the first world love animals. Specially, dogs are loved and taken care of, like anything.

Recently, a dogfight was arranged on the occasion of the Urs ceremony of great saint Hazrat Baba Farid. It was held at Chak-310, JB, Kamalia, District Toba Tek Singh.

One wonders, how much pain the soul of the great saint may have felt. Where was the police department? The officers and politicians concerned of the area must wake up to this cruel entertainment.

in a country where people are treated worst than animals, what does one expect the treatments to animals. in the west great care is given to animals with special treatment. truely the blessings of Almighty is on the west and curse on countries who treat their people and animals the same.
