BATKHELA, July 10: The final round of Swat Sports Gala 2012 organised by Pakistan Army was held at Thana College Stadium Malakand on Tuesday.

A colourful event was arranged at the stadium where final matches of various games were held. Commissioner Malakand Division Dr Fakhar Alam was chief guest who distributed trophies, certificates, and cash prizes among the winners.

In the first round the games were organised at union council level, then at tehsil level, district level and finally at divisional level.

The final games included karate, tug of war, and wheelchair race (special persons). The overall games included volleyball, football, badminton, cricket, boating, marathon race, etc.—Correspondent
