ISLAMABAD, Nov 7: The Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) in consultation with the Pakistan Olympic Association (POA) on Monday named a 12-member contingent which will take part in this month’s Asian Indoor Games in Bangkok.

Besides the athletes and swimmers PSB also announced five officials to accompany the sportspersons. Pakistan will be competing in swimming and athletics events at the Nov 12 to 19 Games.

Athletics: Muhammad Imran (sprints), Muhammad Shah, Abdul Rashid (hurdles), Ashraf Ali, Zeenat Parveen (shot put), Naseem Hameed (sprints), Bushra Parveen (400m), Gulnaz Ara (800m).

Gp. Capt. Hayat Khan Bangash (manager), Rana Ghufran Hussain, Maqsood Ahmad (coaches)

Swimming: Sana Wahid, Rida Sabahat, Nasir Mehmood, Nisar Ahmed. Muhammad Asif (manager men’s team); Nargis Maqbool Rahimtoola (manager women’s team).
