PTI: KP education

Published September 28, 2016

THIS refers to the front page picture of Dawn (Aug 25, Metropolitan, North) which shows an overcrowded class with a teacher at a government-run school in Peshawar.

This should be a shame for the rulers in general and for Imran Khan in particular, for his party has been ruling Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the last three years.

What would be the standard of the school where there are only three teachers for 300 students? Will anyone in the ruling elite send his or her son to this school? There is a limit to be thick skinned but there is no limit to the ruling elite’s indifference.
