LAHORE: The results of the Secondary School (Supplementary) Examination 2015 were announced on Thursday, showing an overall pass percentage of 52.02.

According to a Lahore BISE announcement, out of 27,679 candidates who appeared in the examination, 14,398 were declared successful.

Some 10,108 boys and 6,358 girls were declared successful and the pass percentage remained 45.76 and 62.90, respectively.

The results can be seen from the website of the Lahore Board, www.biselahore.com, by sending roll number through SMS on 80029.

IMPERSONATORS: Two impersonators were found sitting exam in place of others and a student was caught using unfair means as the Intermediate (Part-I) Supplementary Examination 2015 of the Lahore Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education began on Thursday.

During inspection of the Lawrence Road Examination Centre, a team of BISE found that Ali Haider, s/o Nazir Ahmad, and Hammad Raza, s/o Syed Raza, were taking up English (Compulsory) paper in place of Muhammad Naveed, s/o Muhammad Akram, (Roll No 215365) and Hasnain Ali, s/o Malik Ahmad Khan, (Roll No 215460).

Both the impersonators were handed over to the Civil Lines Police after registration of cases.

Furthermore, the team also caught another candidate, Bilal Ali, s/o Sajid Hussain, (Roll No 216560) while using unfair means at the same centre.

A case was registered against according to the BISE rules.
