PPP ex-MPA, 25 others join PTI

LAHORE: PPP’s former MPA Chaudhry Mohammad Shabbir and 25 others from the party and the PML-N have announced joining the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf.
The announcement was made at a ceremony in the presence of PTI Punjab organiser Chaudhry Sarwar, Opposition Leader in the Punjab Assembly Mian Mahmoodur Rasheed and MPA Mian Aslam Iqbal.
The new entrants to the party expressed their confidence in PTI chief Imran Khan.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Sarwar said Mr Khan would address a mammoth gathering in Lahore on Sunday (today) as a part of by-election campaign in NA-122.
Terming the public meeting as crucial, he said the PTI chief would “expose the rulers’ corruption” besides announcing the party manifesto and its “people-friendly” policies.
He said the PTI would prove that Lahore was now its fort and the rulers would not be allowed to win the election through rigging.
He said the specifically trained PTI “Tigers” would remain alert at polling stations and teach a lesson to those, who would try to rig the by-election.
Stating that all segments of the society were supporting the PTI for the Oct 11 by-election, he asserted that neither any honest leadership could come into power, nor corruption and injustice be eliminated, without ensuring free and fair election system in the country.

Good trick to gather people. People are not nieve to undestand egg-seller 's tricks from England.
It is an old trick of the west first to take trainers from the East and then send them back after brain- washing to destroy their country of origin in the name of corruption and democracy. The recent example is of Libya and destruction of Syria is underway. However, people of Pakistan are much smarter than their Arabian counterparts and understand the designs of the West. They will mot allow the western stooges to destroy Pakistan.

If i remember correctly this so called stooge was brought back from UK by Mr sharif himself, Now that he has seen all the corruption and nepotism upclose and he has decided to jump the PMLN ship so now he has become a western stooge. Good try but i hope no one is buying your yarns , but alas i am not so sure about my countrymen's aptitude in avoiding a fall in the same ditch over and over again.

Pakistan had been looted since its became a country. Enough is enough ..we must salute Imran Khan to make this awareness among common mass.
The people till now running country ought to be behind bars bars had looted and looted again and again... We need people like Imran khan and Raheel Sharif to get rid of this corrupt people

Home grown masters are full of corruption. Inc their sons, daughters, wives, relatives, friends, associates, uncles, cousins, partners in crime.
Country got poorer and they all got richer - no actually they all became billionaires by fooling the poor public.

Accommodating those, whose reputation is already tarnished due to their involvement in corruption, mismanagement and plundering of national wealth and resources, is going to do no good to PTI or its causes.
Its evident that in the temptation of winning votes, IK has forgotten who he is and what he started to fight for and fight with.
Though I am no fan of IK, but still it doesn't seem to be the right step in the right direction. This point can be exploited by PMLN on any forum.

PPP-ex MPA joined PTI. PTI fast becoming PPP. So, PTI will uncover corrupts with the help of Corrupts? Imran Khan tell us why did you leave your ideology of no-corruption? You are now so much eager to reach to power that you are welcoming all those who can win you election, corrupt or no corrupt it is no of no concern for you at all, now. You gave tickets to relatives of lawmaker in local body elections in KPK so that you can win. But be reminded, this is bubble strategy that you are following, people who were with you for Change will leave you very fast.

PPP is finished in Punjab - that is a fact.
So these lotas need somewhere to go - and PTI is the obvious place for them.
If PTI is happy to sign up these people, it is a very sad state of affairs.
Naya Pakistan will not be built by puraney lotey - it will be built by decent, honest citizens wishing to make a real difference for the masses, and not by opportunists from other parties.
Qureshi, Tareen, Sarwar are all lotey - so clearly they have to welcome their corrupt bretheren into PTI, otherwise they would look like hypocrites.
How much are these people 'paying' to join PTI. Presumably, this group will finance the next sit-in and the ex-PPP MPA will get the ticket for the next by-poll.
That seems to be the way the PTI operates - although I hope and pray that all these people are asked to serve at least a 5 year period before getting the party ticket - so that we can really see their loyalty to the party.

@Islamabad morning yes this is a fact as published. private media channel also emphasized on it as to why PTI is getting funds from Israela dn Indians? It should be investigated. On one hand Imran Khan is not ready to condemn Talibans openly and on other hnad getting funds from enemies. Imran Khan's activities now need to be investigated. and he has started talking like MQM as well i.e. have militant wing with PTI in the name of tigers. Imran Khan needs to be investigated by Rangers and Army. It is a serious matter of national security.

@Lucky Star This gentleman has given up his British citizen and brought his money from UK to Pakistan. Whereas NS and his family is investing money looted from Pakistan in UK. NS son has bought a house worth 41 million pounds in London. Shame on NS and his 73 member delegation to US who stayed at Waldorf and took a personal trip to UK for days on people's expense.

This man is an example of hardworking class and making money honestly, but for Nawaz Sharif and Company, everyone knows where they have got their wealth. media has given new lease of life and instilled a hope to live freely by exposing corruption, its immaterial now they are convicted in a court of law or not, they are corrupt and masses know this by now.

N League is in Punjab power for the last 24 years, and Shahbaz Sharif is the whole-sole incharge of everything, including the money, quite honestly if we compare these 24 years and 4 years before Shahbaz Sharif, that time was much better. Everyone was getting something from the welfare projects of the Government, but now, the basic facility is the hospital, not talking about water, sewer, schools etc, we are ashamed that an newly born infant died in the hospital of Punjab by a mouse?? All Federal and Punjab Government is poor where as Sharifs wealth grew at 1500%, no comparison.
What a shame for N League and Sharifs.

Corrupt or not, anyone who wants to join the PTI has to go through a process and declare their wealth before they could be a member. If they pass through that filter they are eligible.
People must understand, that PTI is Pakistani party and it depends on the membership of Pakistanis. It can not bring pure and honest people from another country to increase membership. If the critics think they themselves are more honest then they should come out and join PTI and compete to out number the dishonest ones. It is all about action not sit on the sideline and criticize.
Hopefully these new members will keep their words and keep their records clean.
