RECENTLY the list of successful candidates for the MPA scholarship programme has been made public in Lasbela district.

A number of candidates, including me, have become victims of nepotism. We have been deprived of funds under this scheme as the so-called list contains only the names of sons and daughters of those having strong support of politicians. Omission of the names of deserving students from the list is beyond comprehension and is injustice.

I request the respective MPAs and authorities concerned to look into the matter and give eligible and deserving students their right.
