KARACHI: City Sports put up a dazzling display here on Saturday to beat Ghazi Club 2-0 and win the Abdul Razzak Arain Ramzan Night Rocball Tournament 2015 which was played at the Mini Sports Complex, Nazimabad.

In the third position match, Friends Club got the better of Drigh road Club 2-0.

The event in which ten teams participated was jointly organised by Pakistan Rocball Federation and Sindh Rocball Association.

Retired Captain Feroz Shah (PSP-DIGP West Zone) was the chief guest at the closing ceremony and disturbed cash prizes and trophies among the teams.

Also present on the occasion among others were Usman Ijaz Bajwa (PSP president), Saeed Arain (chairman, Pakistan Rocball Federation) Maqbool Arain (SVP PRF), Ume-Laila Kalsoom (general secretary PRF), DSP Ijauddin (president Sindh Rocball Association) and Mudassar Arain (secretary PNF).

Meanwhile, Ume Laila Kalsoom announced the names of selected players for the rocbaall camp for the Thailand event. They are Azharuddin Memon, Khurram Tahir, Nooman Ali, Azhar Shoukat, Shamsuddin, Akram Mughal, Sarfaraz Rehman Ali, Nabeel Ahmed, Ahsan Haneef, Aamaar Hasan, Irslan Ahmed, Ijlal Ahmed and Athar Ali.
