This sounds like a CEO of top Pakistani company, some of his nephews at top positions might have misbehaved, this is common here.

These type of henious incidents mostly happens in Punjab and KP. The need for education in these areas is felt severly. We must educate our people to stop this kind of mental disturbances. Punjab and KP should focus more on educating the common man to develop mental strength and tolerance. Most of the people in areas of Punjab and KP thinks that sending the children to Madrasah is enough but it is not the secular education is a must to grow a generation that can think before doing anything. Patience and tolerance are key to avoid these type of incidence where people are killing blood relatives. The government should come up with some Adult education programs to educate wisdom, tolerance and patience in the common man. This also is the duty of Mosque Imams to highlight social issues in the sermons. This man should be handled with Anti Terror laws and should be hanged ASAP.

Combinations of the above negative things can work together to create great mental stresses that can lead to savage behaviour. Provision of roti, kapara, makan, helth care and education will reduce 70% of the problems.

Throat cutting and beheading have become a regular practice by state and non state actors. This practice is not going to go away easily. No other country has butchers like this.
