ISLAMABAD: Two persons were arrested on the charge of trespassing on a grave to practice a black magic.

Raza Mohammad complained to the Golra police that he spotted two people, including a woman, sitting alongside his father’s grave near his village, Joaid. The complainant said when he approached the grave he found that the man had tried to bury a doli (palanquin) in the grave.

The two persons told Mr Raza that it was a magical doli and they wanted to bury it in the grave as suggested by a spiritual teacher. The woman added that her husband divorced her and she wanted to remarry him.

The two persons had come from Lahore to practice the magic on the hills in the federal capital where their spiritual teacher also lived. Mr Raza told the police that when he called the spiritual teacher to the spot, he said he made the magical doli on the request the man.

Later, the police were called to the spot and the three persons were handed over to them. The complaint requested legal action against the man and his spiritual teacher but said the woman was innocent.
