OIL prices are declining every day in the international market but our government has not fully passed on this benefit to the people.
Surprisingly, while giving some relief in oil prices, the government did not consider mobil oil as an oil product.
However, when it comes to imposing surcharge, motor engine oil is considered as an oil product as the government has imposed five per cent surcharge on it.
