Australian batsman Phillip Hughes died Thursday from the injuries sustained when he was hit by a bouncer in a domestic game this week, Cricket Australia said. Hughes was 25.

Good gesture from Pakistan and NZ to abandon the play yesterday. News is that Indian team visiting Australia is insisting the first test should go ahead when the Australians are in no mood.
