KARACHI: The Karachi Union of Journalists decided on Wednesday to engage a reputed firm to audit its accounts. A meeting of the KUJ executive council held under the chairmanship of its president G.M. Jamali reviewed various measures being taken by the KUJ for welfare of journalists.
Jamali said: “We have ensured transparency in KUJ’s day-to-day affairs and that is the reason that an audit will be conducted through a reputable firm which will set an example in KUJ’s history.”
