LANDI KOTAL: Two bullet-riddled bodies were found in Bara on Wednesday and 22 suspects were picked up during a search operation in Jamrud.

Sources said that Khasa­dar personnel in Akkakhel area of Bara recovered bodies of Abdullah and Musawir from a deserted place. The dec­e­a­s­ed belonged to Zakhakhel tribe.

In Shalobar area, security forces made announcements through mosque loudspeakers, asking people to restrict their movement at night time and warning that those found violating the instructions would be shot at.

A house-to-house search was carried out in Shah Kas area of Jamrud during which 22 suspects were taken into custody.

The search operation was carried out after gunmen attacked a convoy on Tuesday evening, killing two personnel of Mehsud Scouts.
