Competition

An inter-university elocution competition on ‘How can we achieve the Pakistan, we want’, organised by the Pakistan Women’s Foundation for Peace at the Beach Luxury Hotel at 4pm.

Exhibitions

An exhibition of paintings by Salman Toor opens at the Canvas art gallery at 5pm. The exhibition titled ‘Close quarters’ will remain open till Oct 30, daily from 11am to 8pm (excluding Sunday).

A group show of paintings by eight artists opens at the Grandeur gallery at 5pm. The participants are: Akbar Khan, Henna Nayyar, Rashid Aziz, Jeea Sabzwari, Muhammad Ali, Kaleem Kazmi, Aamir Javeed and Siraj Dehlvi. The show will remain open till Nov 2, daily from 11am to 8pm.
