LAHORE: The Lahore High Court Bar Association has advised the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf and the Pakistan Awami Tehreek to adopt a constitutional way to get their demands fulfilled in a peaceful manner.

At a press conference here on Wednesday, bar president Shafqat Mahmood Chohan said protest marches and ‘dharnas’ of both parties damaged country’s economy badly. Other office-bearers were also present on the occasion.

He said if protestors did not show some sanity they could lose the Constitution and the democracy.

He said an All Pakistan Lawyers’ Representatives Convention being held on Thursday (today) would devise a line of action in the wake of prevailing political crisis.
